Welcome to dpm dingo - a dingo who specialises in data, process and project management for the charity/nfp sector.
Who dpm dingo is the creation of Dawn Varley, a freelance consultant and project manager with over 10 years experience in the charity/nfp sector. Over this time she has worked at many levels within the sector, and at several different organisations such as the Vegetarian Society, WaterAid, Ethical Consumer and Christian Aid, and has a wealth of experience and understanding of the issues facing the nfp sector.
What dpm dingo sets out to provide a common sense, no nonsense service for organisations wanting to revisit, reinvent or simply question how they do things with the help of a fresh pair of (experienced) eyes. Projects can be undertaken from an initial review and recommendation level, through to full project management and implementation as required. How dpm dingo can provide ad hoc consultancy services to your organisation, from initial reviews to full project implementation. Dawn is a Prince2 Practitioner, and has over 7 years experience of database management and administration. She is trained on Raiser's Edge, Ascent and Integra CRM systems and her knowledge and understanding of relational databases means she can hit the ground running on projects involving other database systems.
Where dpm dingo can work anywhere throughout the UK, and is currently based in London. Work can be undertaken either on or off client site.
